The Group’s civil engineering expertise has been strengthened through its involvement in numerous major projects across Switzerland. These include the doubling of the railway line between Contone and the bridge over the Ticino River, the N2 Gentilino–Lamone project (Lot 202), and the expansion of Chiasso railway station, works that have made a significant contribution to enhancing the national transport network.
Further achievements include the Swiss Federal Railways maintenance centre, the Sant’Antonino railway stop, the Ponte della Torretta and the Bellinzona–Lugano viaduct. These projects demonstrate the Group’s ability to deliver complex infrastructure works in challenging operational and logistical environments.
In addition, CSC Costruzioni has carried out major road network upgrades and improvement works, including interventions along the N2 motorway corridor and infrastructure projects in the Mendrisiotto region, confirming its role in the development of regional mobility.
