Tenero swimming pools - New replacement building

The CST5 swimming pool project in Tenero -which is 100% realized by CSC for a total of 12.4 million Swiss francs- consists of a new replacement building with a series of swimming pools organized on a slightly raised platform and divided into an indoor and an outdoor part. The tender-based project involves only contractor's work.

This project is Minergie certified.

• 15,000 sq m: reinforced concrete structure approx.
• Approx. 15,000 sq m: yellow tank
• Approx. 1800 tons: reinforcing iron

The project in its entirety includes the following macro categories of works to be carried out:

- Piles

- Earthworks

- Concrete structures and prefabricated elements (interventions covered by this contract)

- Steel constructions

- Installations
