For our Technical Department, we are looking for a MEP Technical - Mechanical with experience in the field of design and installation of moderately complex mechanical systems with training and/or work experience in Switzerland. The role involves: 
  • Working closely with architects and other stakeholders to design mechanical and hydraulic systems, including electrical skills, that meet the specific needs and requirements of a building
  • Performing calculations to determine the heating and cooling loads required for HVAC systems and evaluating the correct mechani
  • Mechanical engineer or, alternatively, mechanical engineer if qualified in the field
  • Many years of experience in the design and installation of moderately complex mechanical systems
  • Training and/or professional experience in Switzerland
  • Languages: German and English required, Italian/French nice to have

    HS Supervisor

    Type of employment: Full-time

    Role: HS Supervisor

    Place of work: Gland, Canton Vaud - Zurich

    We are looking for a HS Supervisor in our Data center construction site in Gland, Canton Vaud - with future relocation in Zurich starting from Summer 2024.     Key Responsibilities
    • Daily inspection of work activities and report non-compliances.
    • Daily site inductions for new personnel
    • Manage access requests
    • Manage permits for, e.g., ladders, confined spaces, hot work
    • Correct filling in check list nacelle
    • Support HS manager in his activities
    • Drafting inspection reports and sending notices, reports and photos
    Key Requirements  
    • Good Knowledge in German and English language, French is a plus
    • Knowledge of Swiss and cantonal legislation
    • Able to work to deadlines and with a proven track record of delivering SHE within projects in a timely and professional manner.
    • Predisposition to personal relationships  (communicatione skill)

    HS Manager

    Place of work: Gland, Canton Vaud - Zurich

    We are looking for a HS Manager in our Data center construction site in Gland, Canton Vaud - with future relocation in Zurich starting from Summer 2024.     Key Responsibilities
    • Driving compliance of the relevant safety regulations on site; provide guidance and support meeting SHE requirements.
    • Support for the implementation of the corporate SHE goals and initiatives, promotion of best practices and a proactive approach to SHE culture development.
    • Handling safety matters and supporting remediation of safety-critical conditions in close cooperati
    Key Requirements
    • Proven experience in construction /datacenters is a plus
    • Proven leadership competence
    • Good knowledge in German and English required, French/Italian a plus 
    • Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong presentation skills for developing and delivering training to elevate knowledge, skills and behaviors at multiple levels of the organization.
    • Previous safety experience in some of the following areas: safety program development, fire prevention, hazardous materials, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, process safety management, process hazard analysis, incident investigation and the development and implementation of safe operations procedures and processes.
    • Able to work to deadlines and with a proven track record of delivering the SHE scope in a timely and professional manner
