Eco-friendly building designed and built according to the most advanced LEED standards

The New Gucci Logistics Center in Sant'Antonino, built by CSC Costruzioni (Webuild Group), is a distribution and warehousing center dedicated to the world of luxury goods, covering an area of approximately 40,000 square meters.

Completed in 2013, The center was designed according to the most advanced LEED criteria and is LEED Platinum certified, considering the energy efficiency guaranteed by the facilities and materials used in its construction, which are essentially low-emission and locally sourced, reducing its environmental footprint.

The subdivision of the fund respects and assumes the typical local land division, interposing between industrial development areas, agricultural area and residential area. This body also assumes, through conceptual and design sensitivity, parameters and characteristics of the neighboring landscape. A homogeneous body, both in context and in its own structure.
