Team spirit and self-leadership in action

At CSC Construzioni, we believe that strong teams are built through personal growth and collaboration.

For this reason, all of our colleagues from French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino recently participated in a team-building session focused on “self-leadership” in Geneva and Lugano, professionally organized by Randstad.

This experience allowed us to explore and strengthen the skills needed to lead ourselves effectively, working together as one team. By learning to lead ourselves, we strengthen our ability to move forward together, as one group, toward a common goal.
