Sustainability starts with everyday actions

As part of the new railway industrial facility project in Arbedo-Castione (Ticino), CSC Costruzioni (Webuild Group) has launched a concrete initiative to reduce CO₂ emissions, starting with staff mobility.

Thanks to the site’s proximity to the railway station, a bike-sharing service with electric bicycles has been introduced. The bikes are powered by solar panels, allowing employees to reach the construction site in just a few minutes while reducing car use and encouraging public transport.

A small step, but one with a tangible impact towards a more responsible and sustainable construction industry.
