Pragma: CSC Costruzioni Wins New Contract

CSC Costruzioni has been awarded a new contract for the construction of the PRAGMA building at the SSIC Vocational Training Center in Gordola, Canton Ticino.
This strategic project will support the expansion of training infrastructure to meet the growing demand in the construction sector.
A large-scale project
✔️ 30,000 m³ for the main building
✔️ 3,200 m³ for the warehouse
✔️ 5,630 m³ of concrete and 695,000 kg of reinforcing steel
✔️ 22,650 m² of formwork and 1,300 m² of prefabricated roof beams
A concrete commitment to sustainability
✔️ Supporting the local economy: key subcontracting works will be entrusted to companies based in Ticino.
✔️ Reducing environmental impact: use of prefabricated construction elements to optimize time and resources, along with responsible and selective waste management.
✔️ Social responsibility: the project was also awarded to CSC Costruzioni in recognition of our commitment to vocational training, with numerous apprenticeship and professional training agreements signed over the past five years.
